Returns Policy – Flousar
We offer a 30-day returns policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send back your parcel. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and put things right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), customised products (special orders or personalised items), and personal care items (like beauty products).
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the one you have and place a new order once the return has been accepted.
Right to Cancel (United Kingdom – 14 Days)
In accordance with UK consumer law, if your order is delivered within the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without needing to provide a reason.
As stated above, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will be required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and confirm whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
